About us

Two distant worlds, meeting in one place.

Nile & Palms was born from the meeting of two distant worlds: Egypt and the Nile on one side, Mauritius and the Indian Ocean on the other, the roots of its two founders. In Milan, those two stories become a cocktail bar where the desert meets the island, told through classic and original drinks, a kitchen built to accompany the evening with care, and an atmosphere designed for relaxation rather than noise.

This isn't a theme picked off a mood board. It's what happens when two people with different roots decide to build something together, instead of choosing just one story to tell. Every detail of the bar carries traces of both origins: in the colours, in the flavours, in the way each drink is thought through and served.

The bar's symbol tells this union better than any word could: a dromedary and a dodo, guiding animals from two distant cultures, fused into a single figure. At Nile & Palms, neither story outweighs the other. They meet, the same way the founders did.

Walking into Nile & Palms means stepping into that meeting. Desert spices sit alongside tropical fruit, classic mixed drinks meet creations built specifically to tell this double story. Not a theme to admire from a distance, but an experience to sit down in, order into, and stay for.

Nile & Palms was brought to life by its two founders, Vythilingum Ivan and Baskali Kirolos Harbat Wahib.
